Chris grew up in Ontario and Quebec and pursued his post secondary education at McGill University where he obtained a B.Sc. degree in Physiology and then went on to the University of Toronto where he obtained a M.H.Sc. (Health Administration). Over the course of his career, the blend of science and management backgrounds have always served him well with this combination producing a strategic approach to problem solving with an analytical attention to detail. 

He is married with two daughters and enjoys sports and travel.
